How to Log In Using a Mobile Number

By default, the web version displays the username login option. Follow the steps in this section only if the login page provides a Phone tab or a mobile number input field; otherwise, please use the username-based login method described in [How to Log In Using an Email Address].

Steps (When mobile login is available)

1. Open the login page (https://web.xeromike.com).
2. Switch to the Phone tab.
3. Select the country/region code (if applicable) and enter your mobile number.
4. Enter your password (or obtain and enter the verification code as prompted by the interface).
5. Click Continue / Log In.

Notes

• The mobile number must match the one used during registration and include the correct country/region code.
• If you have only linked a username and have not enabled mobile login, please log in using your username instead.
