1. Description of Services

  1. xeromike provides a variety of AI-powered services through its AI platform, including but not limited to: AI chat, AI content generation, email marketing, browser automation, data analysis, and other features that may be added from time to time.
  2. We reserve the right to change, suspend, terminate, or add any service at any time, and we will notify users within a reasonable timeframe (except in cases of emergency maintenance or legal requirements).
  3. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure stability and security.

2. Account Registration and Security

  1. You need to register an account to use some of our services. When registering, you agree to provide true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, and to update it promptly when changes occur.
  2. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please safeguard your username, password, and verification information, and do not lend, transfer, or authorize others to use your account.
  3. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or a security vulnerability, you must notify us immediately. Losses caused by your failure to safeguard your account are your responsibility.

3. Purchase and Use of Credits

  1. Types of Credits: We offer various types of purchased credits, including but not limited to: Tokens (for AI chat and generation), email marketing credits, and browser usage credits. Different credit types apply to their corresponding service scenarios.
  2. Purchase and Activation: After you purchase credits through the platform, they will be credited to your account within a reasonable time. Specific prices, quantities, and validity periods are as displayed on the purchase page.
  3. Usage Rules:
    • Credits are for use only on your own account and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, or used for other accounts.
    • Credit consumption is based on the actual usage recorded by the platform.
    • The validity period of credits is as stated on the purchase page; credits not used before expiration may lapse.
  4. Prohibited Conduct: You may not use credits for any activities that violate laws, regulations, these Terms, or infringe upon the legitimate rights of others. If discovered, we reserve the right to suspend services and may not refund the related credits.

4. Refund Policy

Details of our refund policy are set out in the separate Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. The basic rules are as follows:

  1. Refundable Credits: All purchased credits (including Tokens, email marketing, browser usage, etc.) that have not been fully used may be refunded. The refund amount is calculated based on the unused portion, and the converted amount must not be less than USD 1.
  2. Non-Refundable Products: Email plans and website templates are one-time products and cannot be refunded after purchase.
  3. Refund Process: Please submit your refund request through platform customer service or the contact page. After verification, we will process the refund in accordance with the procedures set out in the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  1. The intellectual property rights in our website, AI platform, software, designs, text, icons, code, trademarks, logos, and all other content belong to us or the respective rights holders, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
  2. Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
    • Your use of or inability to use the services;

  2. AI-generated content is provided for reference only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or legality. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
  3. We shall not be liable for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, network failures, government actions, power outages, etc.).

9. Suspension and Termination of Services

  1. You may stop using our services at any time and cancel your account in accordance with the procedures.
  2. If you violate these Terms or applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services to you.
  3. After termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution) shall continue to be effective.
