How Human Resources Relates to Project Members
Audience: front-end end users
“People” in a multi-tenant product
This product is a multi-project (multi-tenant) model: the same login can join more than one project.
A user in Human Resources = the membership in the current project, not the full list of registered platform accounts.
Two ways to join a project

| Invite a friend | Project Basic Management → Invite to project, click + in the top right | Invite from people who are already friends. After they accept, they appear in User Management |
| Add directly | Human Resources → User Management, click + in the top right | Fill in email, password, nickname, and similar fields, and create a member account in this project |
If you choose a department or role when inviting or adding, it can be applied on join. If you skip it, complete assignment later in User Management.
Difference from AI employees
The sidebar also has AI Employee Management (see [AI 员工概述]. That module manages AI employee assets and tasks. It is not human-member setup in Human Resources. If member-type filters include “bot”, that is still a different entry from the AI employee module.
When permissions take effect
After a member is given a role, the sidebar modules they see and the actions they can run follow that role. System-admin roles (such as tenant_admin) usually have fuller navigation. Follow the setup in Permission Management and the current plan.
