The Two Entries
Audience: front-end end users, enterprise admins
There are two main entries for AI Employees. They are not two systems. They are two stages of the same lifecycle:
AI Employee is for using.
AI Employee Management is for creating and configuring.
| Entry | Where | Main users | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI Employee | Left main nav | Regular users, business staff | Use a ready employee: session, message, task |
| AI Employee Market | AI Employee → Enter market | Regular users, business staff | After Use, open the session page, then top-right ⋯ → New session |
| AI Employee Management | Projects → AI Employee Management | Admins, setup staff | Create employees, configure abilities, maintain run settings |
| My employees | Inside AI Employee Management | Admins, setup staff | Manage created employees; Chat on a card is the same as the main nav |

AI Employee
Here you see employees that are already enabled and set up. Daily use does not require knowing the tools, Skill, or SOP behind them. Pick an employee and start work.
To add a ready-made employee, open Enter market and click Use. You then enter that AI’s session page. Click ⋯ → New session in the top right. Session name defaults to the AI you just used; rename it to your own name, fill in Session prompt if needed, then click Confirm.
Each employee can have more than one session, to keep different work separate.
The AI Employee decides who works. The session decides what work is happening now.
In an employee and session you can send messages, ask questions, assign tasks, upload attachments, view results, or continue previous work.
AI Employee Management
Use this to create, configure, and maintain AI Employees. Regular users usually do not need this for daily work.
In Create employee, define who this AI is and what it owns (name, duties, system prompt, node, and similar). Creating it does not mean it already has full ability. You still configure tools, Skill, SOP, MCP, and enterprise resources for the role.
In My employees, you can map tools for that employee: search by name, title, or tag, then click Submit mapping. After a setup change, click Update service so the new setup loads into the run environment. Then go back to the main nav AI Employee to use it.
How the two entries relate
AI Employee Management: create the role → configure tools / Skill / SOP / MCP and enterprise resources → update service.
Then open AI Employee: pick an employee → create or choose a session → send a message or submit a task → the AI starts work.
Suggested use
- Daily use: open AI Employee, pick an employee, and start work.
- Need a ready-made role: open AI Employee Market, click Use, then on the session page click top-right ⋯ → New session, and rename the default name to your own.
- Need your own role: open Projects → AI Employee Management, create, map, and Update service.
