How to Activate Enterprise Email Services

Prerequisites

• The current project already has a domain that has been successfully integrated.
• Email services have not yet been activated for this domain.

Steps

1. Go to Projects → Enterprise Email → Enterprise Email Services.
2. Click the menu in the top-right corner and select Create Enterprise Mail Service.
3. Select the domain and billing cycle, then confirm the price.
4. Add the service to your cart and complete the checkout process.
5. Return to the service list and verify that the new service appears and its status is normal.

You can also access this via Business email → View service on the homepage (requires selecting a project).

Renewal

Click "Renew" on the service card, select a billing cycle, then add it to your cart to complete the checkout.
