Email Service Accounts and Mailbox Access

Three-Tiered Structure
Enterprise Email Service (Activated by domain; has an expiration date)
└── Email Account (e.g., name@domain.com; assignable to members)
└── My Mailbox (Used by members to send/receive mail via their assigned account)

Usage Notes
- If no account has been created yet, accessing "My Mailbox" will prompt you to select an account, or allow you to enter a "browse-only" empty state.
- Once the service expires, associated accounts may lose the ability to send or receive emails.
- Composing emails requires an email account assigned to you.
