Website Building Bot
Audience: front-end end users
Scenario
A company website is not finished after the first build. When the business changes, you need a new official site, homepage edits, extra service pages, copy and SEO changes, navigation and block adjustments, header and footer updates, or further restyles.
The system already provides a standard Website Building and Maintenance Manager. You do not need to create an employee from scratch: click Use in the AI Employee Market to copy it into the current project. Actual site building is done in Website visual editor: look at the page while you say in natural language what to generate or change.
If no front-end template is bound, some site-building features are unavailable. Initialize or bind a template in Frontend Template Management first.
Page structure and presentation belong to the website module; articles, media, products, and similar business data are in CMS. See the real page, tell it what to change, then keep adjusting.
Work type
Build and continuously maintain the enterprise website under the current project (how it is built, shown, and changed):
- Generate a whole site from scratch
- Change one whole page (content or SEO)
- Change only one block, header, or footer
- Add pages
- Manage reusable components, navigation, and website global parameters
- Preview with the temporary URL, then bind the live domain after you confirm
Configured tools
This work is done in Website UI Management → Website visual editor. The top right has Switch page and Actions. If the company does not have a website yet, click Actions → Generate enterprise website, provide company information as prompted, then choose AI site-building chat. If a site already exists and you only need to change the current page, pick a location on the visual interface. Do not run whole-site generate again.

Initialize template re-imports components and pages. Existing content in the current project may be cleared and rebuilt. Confirm before you run it.
Skill and SOP
The market copy of Website Building and Maintenance Manager already has basic site-building ability. The company can map more Skill, SOP, and materials to match its own site rules and process.
Logic in brief
Bind or initialize the front-end template first → Use Website Building and Maintenance Manager from the market → Open Website visual editor → Actions → Generate enterprise website → After providing company information, open AI site-building chat → Say what kind of website you want → After generation, change a whole page with Switch page, or click Edit component on the current page → Preview with the temporary URL, then bind the live domain after you confirm.
Keep changing the same site in the visual editor. Do not run whole-site generate again just to change one page or one block.
Matching human system
This matches an in-house website building and maintenance role: people confirm brand, content, and whether it can go live; whole-site drafts, copy changes, block edits, and routine restyles go to the AI. You do not need a designer or developer for every small change. Still preview manually before publishing.
Steps
- Open AI Employee → Enter market, find Website Building and Maintenance Manager, and click Use.
- Open Frontend Template Management. If it is not bound, follow the prompt to initialize or bind a template. If it is already bound, view template information and the temporary URL on the card.
- Open Website UI Management → Website visual editor. The top right has Switch page and Actions.
- If the company does not have a website yet and needs a new one: click Actions → Generate enterprise website. After providing company information as prompted, choose AI site-building chat to open the AI dialog. Tell it what kind of website you want, send, and wait for generation. If you already have a website and are not satisfied, you can also describe how to change it in this dialog.
- To change a whole page: use Switch page to select that page, click Actions → Edit this page, then choose Manual settings, AI set page SEO, or AI set page content according to the requirement.
- To change only a component on the current page: click Edit component on that component. Choose Edit component content, Change component order, Delete component, or Copy component according to the requirement. For header or footer, click Edit header/footer chrome, then choose AI 编辑内置组件 or 手动编辑 metadata according to the requirement. For a current-page change, do not run whole-site Generate enterprise website again.
- To add a page: click Actions → Add page, fill in Page code, Page type, and Page description, click Add, then keep improving that page.
- Use Components, Navigation Menu Management, and Website Global Parameters when you need cross-page maintenance.
- In Frontend Template Management, copy the temporary URL (or the already bound custom domain), open it in a browser to check, then go back to the visual editor to compare the same page and keep changing. Before going live, finish navigation and domain binding.
