How to configure region, shipping, and tax templates

Region

1. Open Region Management.
2. Create or edit region hierarchy and rules.
3. Save.

Shipping template

1. Open Shipping Template Management.
2. Create a template and fill in charging rules.
3. Save so checkout can use it.

Tax template

1. Open Tax Template Management.
2. Configure tax type / rate fields and save.

Done when

Checkout or a shipping estimate can match the region and templates. If you have no orders yet, first confirm the templates appear in the list.
