How to Invite Members to a Project

There are two ways to add others to the current project.

Method 1: Invite Existing Contacts

  1. Enter the project backend (CONNECT).
  2. Navigate to Project Basic Management → Invite to Project.
  3. Click the + icon in the top-right corner to open Create Invitation.
  4. Select the individuals you wish to invite from your contact list (multiple selections allowed).
  5. (Optional) Enter an invitation message.
  6. (Optional) Select a department; leave as "Unspecified" if no department is selected.
  7. (Optional) Select project roles.
  8. Click Send Invitation at the bottom or Send in the top-right corner.

Once sent, you can view the status in the invitation list: All, Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Expired, or Revoked. The invitee becomes a project member only after accepting the invitation.

Method 2: Add Users Directly via User Management

Suitable for individuals who are not yet contacts and require an immediate project account setup.

  1. Enter the project backend (CONNECT).
  2. Navigate to Human Resources → User Management.
  3. Click the + icon in the top-right corner to open Add User.
  4. Fill in the required fields: email address, password, and nickname.
  5. (Optional) Fill in mobile number, username, employee ID, job title, and department.
  6. Configure "Email Verified" and "Mobile Verified" based on whether manual verification by the user is required:
  • If no further email or mobile verification is needed: Toggle the corresponding switch(es) on.
  • If verification by the user is required: Leave the switch(es) off (or toggle only one on and leave the other for the user to verify).
  1. (Optional) Select project roles. The user will be assigned these roles upon joining the project.
  2. Click Add.

Notes

  • Method 1 is limited to existing contacts, and the invitee must accept the invitation.
  • Method 2 creates a project member account directly; the user logs in using the email and password you provided. - Invitations or additions relate to project membership; do not share your personal login password with others.
