Enterprise Accounting AI

Audience: front-end end users

Scenario

The company produces invoices, receipts, bills, payment proofs, bank statements, and daily expenses every day. Traditional bookkeeping means sorting slips first, then re-entering amount, date, merchant, and expense type. When there are many slips, items are easy to miss.

The system already provides a standard Enterprise Accountant employee (application name Finance Management Bot). You do not need to create an employee from scratch: click Use in the AI Employee Market to copy it into the current project. It helps the company record basic financial information and generate financial reports. In the left AI Employee, photograph or upload the slip and say what to record.

Photograph or upload slips to the AI, keep recording into the books, then ask for the status or a report when needed.

Work type

Turn scattered daily financial materials into books you can query and manage:

  • Recognize and record invoices, receipts, and bills
  • Record income, expenses, customer payments, and supplier payments
  • Organize accounts receivable, accounts payable, and company assets
  • Query the financial position at any time
  • Generate financial reports from the books already recorded

It is meant for continuous daily recording, not a single month-end dump of slips. Formal tax filing, statutory reports, audits, and matters that need professional judgment still go to a professional accountant or tax adviser.

Configured tools

This work is done by chatting in the left AI Employee. It does not use external chat hosting. You cannot chat from My employees.

Setup Purpose
AI Employee → Enter market → Use Copy the standard Enterprise Accountant (Finance Management Bot) into the current project
AI Employee, Agent session Who does the work, and which stretch of books is in progress; keep one long-term finance session
Chat box paperclip Add attachment: Audio, Image, Camera, File (invoices, receipts, bills, payment proofs, bank files, and similar)
Mapped bookkeeping and reporting Recognize slips, post to the books, query, and generate reports (follow what is mapped to this employee)

Map extra tools, Skill, SOP, MCP, and enterprise resources when you need a closer fit to company bookkeeping rules.

Skill and SOP

The market copy of Enterprise Accountant already has basic bookkeeping and reporting ability. Read the matching Skill before use, as this employee requires. The company can map more Skill, SOP, and materials to match its own finance rules and process.

Logic in brief

Use Enterprise Accountant from the market and create a long-term finance session → Photograph or upload slips and say what to record → Keep posting to the books → Query the financial position in the same session → Generate reports when needed → Formal filing is still confirmed by a professional.

Keep the same set of books in the same session. Create a new session when the book set, company, or rules change.

Matching human system

This matches an in-house daily bookkeeping role: people confirm classification and the final figures; repeated slip reading, entry, organizing, and reporting go to the AI. Tax filing, audit, and statutory reports stay with a professional accountant.

Steps

  1. Open AI Employee → Enter market, find Enterprise Accountant (Finance Management Bot), and click Use.
  2. After you enter that employee, read the matching Skill first, as this employee requires.
  3. Click ⋯ → New session in the top right. Rename Session name to your own long-term finance session, fill in Session prompt if needed, then click Confirm.
  4. In the chat box, say whether to record income, expense, receivable, payable, or an asset. To add a slip, click the paperclip, open Add attachment, and choose Audio, Image, Camera, or File. Send.
  5. Keep photographing or uploading in the same session so the books stay current. When needed, ask about this month’s income and expense, receivables and payables, or assets.
  6. At month-end or when you need a summary, ask it in the same session to generate a financial report. Formal tax filing and audit still go to a professional.
  7. Use different sessions for different companies or different sets of books.
