AI Employee Overview

What this module is
An AI Employee is an intelligent working member that runs inside the enterprise system. The company configures abilities, rules, and resources by role, so the employee can enter enabled business modules and finish work — not only answer questions.
It has two entries:

AI employees belong to the current project (tenant). After you switch projects, you see that project’s employees and settings. This is a different module from human members in [Enterprise HR Overview]
Core idea:
The company defines a role → configures abilities → provides enterprise resources → the AI receives a task → calls tools → finishes the work by company process
What it is made of

You can also set enterprise resources, business modules, work rules, and the system prompt. Different combinations become different roles. Resources take effect in chat only after you map them to an employee.
Two ways to use it

Daily use is in the main nav AI Employee: create a session, send messages, or assign a task. A session is one concrete piece of work that employee currently owns. A task asks it to actually run that work.
How to open it
- After login, open Projects
- Daily chat: open AI Employee in the left main nav
- Setup: expand AI Employee Management and choose a submenu from the table below
