How to Recover Your Password

Steps

1. Open the login page (click here).
2. Click Forgot password (if this option is not visible on the page, please contact your organization administrator).
3. Enter your registered email address (or other identifier) ​​as prompted.
4. After submitting, check for the verification email or code.
5. Once verified, set and confirm your new password.
6. Return to the login page and log in using the new password.

• The new password must meet the length and complexity requirements specified on the page.
• If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or verify that the email address entered is the one used for registration.
