Project Management Access Guide

Target Audience: Front-end End Users

Main Access Point

1. Log in to the system to reach the home page.
2. Click Projects in the main navigation menu on the left.
3. Enter the project dashboard; the module list appears on the left, while the content area is on the right.

Standard Actions (Create / Join / Switch)

The project dashboard sidebar typically offers the following options:

• Create Project
• Join Project (via QR code or by pasting invitation details)
• Projects / My Projects (to switch the active project)

Please refer to the bottom of the sidebar or the fixed menu in your current interface for the exact location of these options.

Relationship with AI Employee Access

The main left-hand navigation includes an AI Employee option, while the project sidebar features AI Employee Management. These are covered in a separate section; please refer to [AI Employee Overview] for details.
