Enterprise Sales Product Manager
Audience: front-end end users
Scenario
The company must keep sales products current: name, intro, images, specs, price, category, tags, and whether they are on sale. When there are many products, changing them one by one by hand easily misses a price or leaves details inconsistent.
The system already provides a standard Enterprise Sales Product Manager employee. You do not need to create an employee from scratch: click Use in the AI Employee Market to copy it into the current project. It helps the company keep publishing and managing sales products. In the left AI Employee, say what to launch, whether to change a price or replace images, and attach materials.
Hand the product materials to the AI, and say whether to launch, update, or take it down.
Work type
It is responsible for what the company sells: product data and sales display. It does not talk to customers.
- Add and publish sales products
- Update intros, prices, images, categories, and tags
- Change status such as on sale or taken down
- Organize product materials; for batch work, hand it a table or images
It does not handle site news, cases, or help articles. Those belong to Enterprise CMS Content Manager. It does not do customer talk, quotes, or closing deals.
Configured tools
This work is done by chatting in the left AI Employee. It does not use the website visual editor, and it does not use external chat hosting. You cannot chat from My employees. Maintained products can be checked in Enterprise CMS → Product List.
| Setup | Purpose |
|---|---|
| AI Employee → Enter market → Use | Copy the standard Enterprise Sales Product Manager into the current project |
| AI Employee, Agent session | Who does the work, and which kind of sales product is in progress |
| Chat box paperclip | Add attachment: Audio, Image, Camera, File (product photos, specs, price sheets, and similar) |
| Mapped product publish and manage | Actually add, edit, publish, and unpublish sales products (follow what is mapped to this employee) |
Map extra tools, Skill, SOP, MCP, and enterprise resources when you need a closer fit to company catalog or pricing rules.
Skill and SOP
The market copy of Enterprise Sales Product Manager already has basic product-maintenance ability. The company can map more Skill, SOP, and materials to match its own listing rules and process.
Logic in brief
Use Enterprise Sales Product Manager from the market and create a session → Provide product materials and say whether to launch, change a price, replace images, or take it down → Organize and write into products → Keep changing in the same session → After you confirm, check Product List.
Keep daily maintenance for the same set of sales products in the same session. Create a new session when the category or rules change.
Matching human system
This matches an in-house product operations role: people confirm what to sell, at what price, and whether it is on sale; repeated entry, intro edits, image swaps, category and status changes go to the AI.
Steps
- Open AI Employee → Enter market, find Enterprise Sales Product Manager, and click Use.
- After you enter that employee, click ⋯ → New session in the top right. Rename Session name to your own product-maintenance name, fill in Session prompt if needed, then click Confirm.
- In the chat box, say whether to publish a new product, or change the intro, price, images, category, or status. To add materials, click the paperclip, open Add attachment, and choose Audio, Image, Camera, or File. Send.
- If the first version is not right, keep saying how to change it in the same session. After you confirm, check maintained products in Enterprise CMS → Product List.
- Use different sessions for different categories or listing rules.
