Relationship Between Accounts and Projects
Audience: Front-end end-users
Summary
An account represents a "person"; a project represents a "business workspace." A single person can join multiple business workspaces, with data isolated between them.

Impact on Daily Use
| Scenario | Description |
|---|---|
| Initial Sign-up | You may already be linked to a specific tenant/department code, or you may need to create/join a project first. |
| Successful Login | You enter the homepage from a personal perspective; most business operations take place within Projects. |
| Switching Projects | After switching via "My Projects," the data in the left-hand modules updates to reflect the content of the selected project. |
| Inviting Colleagues | You are inviting them to "join a project," not sharing your login password. |
Interface Access
After logging in, click Projects on the left to enter the management dashboard for the current project. If no module is selected, the main area displays a prompt, while the left side lists the available modules:
